1. Installation Options and Liability

Customers may choose between two installation methods:

• Self-Installation: Units can be purchased directly and installed by the customer. By choosing this option, the customer assumes all risk associated with the installation process, including but not limited to plumbing connections and structural modifications.
• Professional Installation: REI can facilitate installation through a professional third-party installer for an additional fee.

Limitation of Liability: REI FloWater is not responsible for any damages, leaks, or malfunctions occurring after the point of purchase. REI shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from improper installation by the customer or third-party contractors.

Each FloWater unit includes a Limited 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper installation.
• Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s specific terms and approval.

To ensure water quality and system longevity, the FloWater system utilizes a 7-stage purification process.

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for replacing all seven (7) filters when the system’s indicator prompts a change.
• Pricing: The current cost for a full 7-filter replacement set is $300, plus applicable taxes and shipping. Prices are subject to change based on market costs.

• Returns: Unopened units may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee.
• Used Units: Once water has been run through the system, the unit is considered used and is ineligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site meets the necessary requirements for water pressure, electrical outlet proximity, and drainage as specified in the FloWater technical manual.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Rayzor’s Edge Industries is registered.
